No. We don't offer IV sedation or general anesthesia in-office — most patients do great with oral sedation (a pill) and local anesthetic, sometimes combined with nitrous oxide. If you specifically want IV sedation, we'll refer you to an oral surgeon.
How long until I can eat normally?
Soft foods for the first 3–5 days. Most patients are back to most normal foods by day 5–7, and fully normal by two weeks. Skip straws for the first week — they can dislodge the healing clot.
